- Fractions of an hour will be counted as a full hour.
- Non-office hour room bookings will be charged an additional HK$ 200 per hour on top of the basic room charges.
- Technical support can be provided at a cost of HK$ 500 per hour during office hours (Mon-Fri: 9:00am - 5:00pm, Sat: 9:00am - 1:00pm) and HK$750 per hour outside office hours, with a minimum charge of 1 hour. The rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- The cost of installing special software provided by users will be charged on a case by case basis.
