Twenty-six university students from 16 institutions* overseas and from the Mainland participated in a 6-week Summer Research Internship Programme organized by the Department of Computer Science at HKU from July 22 - August 31, 2019. Each intern was assigned to a research group of his/her interest and worked under the supervision of academic and research staff specialized in that area. Quite a number of them will apply to join the research postgraduate programme at HKU in the next academic year.
