A CS final year project titled "Virtual Music Tutor" by MO Cheuk Yin and ZHONG Shun was awarded the First Class Award at the Hong Kong Regional Competition in June, and the First Class Award and Most Innovative Award at the Final Competition in Macau in early July of the China Pan-Pearl River Delta Region IT Project Competition 2019 (2019泛珠三角+大學生計算機作品賽). This was one of the few projects related to music, and the only one specifically about electric guitar, in the competition. The project was supervised by Dr. YIP Chi Lap, Beta.
