Dr. Luo obtained his Ph.D degree in computational biology from the University of Hong Kong in 2015, and worked as a postdoctoral fellow in the Center of Computational Biology, McKusick-Nathans Institute of Genetic Medicine, Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine before joining the Department of Computer Science at HKU as an Assistant Professor in January 2018.
