Dr. T.W. Chim received his B.Eng, M.Phil. and Ph.D. degrees in Information Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering and Computer Science, respectively, from the University of Hong Kong. He has received 4 best tutor awards from the Department of Computer Science from 2008 to 2012. He has been an instructor in the Department of Computer Science since September 2012.
