Mr Bo Jiang, Dr W.K. Chan and Prof. T.H. Tse were selected for the
best
paper award for their article entitled "On practical adequate
test suites
for integrated test case prioritization and fault
localization" by the 11th
International Conference on Quality Software
(QSIC 2011), which was
held in Madrid, Spain in July 2011. Mr Bo
Jiang is a PhD student under
Prof. Tse's supervision. Dr W.K. Chan
is with City University of Hong Kong.
This is the third time that Bo Jiang and his supervisor have received
best paper awards since Bo started his PhD programme in
our Department
in September 2007. Their article entitled "Debugging through
evaluation sequences: a controlled experimental
study" with Zhenyu
Zhang and W.K. Chan was selected for a best paper award by the 32rd
Annual International Computer
Software and Applications Conference
(COMPSAC 2008). Their article entitled "How well do test case
prioritization techniques
support statistical fault localization"
with Zhenyu Zhang and T.Y. Chen was selected for another best
paper award by the 33rd
Annual International Computer Software and
Applications Conference (COMPSAC 2009).
